What we eat on the sly, we wear it

The below picture really makes sense and it reflects on some of us here who is forever battling to lose weight off.

During the program we tell others, no we didn't snack, we follow exactly... 

How come I replaced meals and still weight is not going down? 

Is the program that effective?
