Have You Have Your Shake Today??

Yeap! Those who are able to whipped up a yummy shake like me will love to drink the shake daily!

So far this shake is my daily breakfast as I usually had only 5mins to finish my breakfast and rush to work after depositing my kids at in law place....

I love the Dutch choc shake best its abpity we only have Dutch choc, vanilla and tropical fruit in Singapore :)

Per tub going at $81.12, appx 22 shakes per bottle :)

Been a while since I last blog due to the hectic work schedule and taking care of kids....

Lets see what's in my pill box...

Cell u loss - to firm up arms thighs and tummy! This is my must have item and I don't look like fluffy fish with this taken :)

Total control - item which I standby in my pill box and take if I have lunch appointment ... Burn on, burn the excess calories off!

Fish oil - something which we woman must take to improve our overall well being :):)
